I found out where the leak was coming from. The two bolts that go all the way through the engine and come out where the heat shield is on the exaust side were loose....very loose. I could freely turn them with my hand. Now I feel completely stupid, because when I was trying to take off the heat shield a few months ago, I thought that the nuts were stripped because I couldn't get them all the way off. Now I realize they were just spinning on the other side of the bike! Well I tightened them up and it took care of it.
